For everyone to find lasting love through thoughtful matching and a network of experts.
We welcome all people, as long as they're open to a serious relationship. Anyone can sign up for the free or premium routes to find love.
We're open about how we operate. We share the companies we work with to singles and the number of members in our database to matchmakers.
We continue to develop the latest tech to help pair people best, from advanced filters to a helpful matching algorithm.
Singles don't waste time browsing, messaging or dealing with fake profiles. Matchmakers quickly hone in on the right matches.
Instead of displaying stock photos on the site of models pretending to be together, we show real, happy couples who we actually know.
We’re here to make authentic, lifelong connections for people who are looking for love.
We believe that any engagement with others should be considerate and respectful. Period.
We are committed to being open about how we operate. For singles, that includes sharing who we work with. For matchmakers, we display exactly how many members are in our database.
We also expect honesty from our members about who they are, their relationship status, etc.. We have strict practices in place to weed out any fake profiles.
We appreciate genuine people, and we strive to be the same.
Instead of displaying stock photos of models pretending to be in love, we show real, happy couples who the founder herself actually knows and respects.
Everyone deserves love. We're not elitist and we don't discriminate. Anyone is welcome to sign up to be a potential match for matchmaking clients, and there's quite a range in what these clients are looking for and pair well with.
We enjoy helping everyone find their right partner.

She can personally identify with the difficulties of modern dating - it took her until age 41 to find her right match. She lives with her amazing, loving, and supportive fiance in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she was born and raised. She's incredibly thankful for him in her life...even when he tries to sing.
While she greatly appreciates life in the tech innovation hub of Silicon Valley, she’s also enjoyed stints in Colorado (CU Boulder for college), Florida, Spain, Brazil, and India, and appreciates the beautiful diversity and connectedness of people worldwide.

“Most girls don't grow up wanting to be a matchmaker - partially because it's not presented to them as an option - and I was one of them. But ask anyone I went to school with, and I was indisputably a major connector of people (introducing many friends to each other who are still close today) and making friends across different groups. With a mind for creativity, my first career was in advertising, where I came up with the ideas for print and radio ads, next built and optimized online ad accounts for seven years at Google, and then ran my own online ad agency.
After a couple years, a friend mentioned someone looking for help with her matchmaking startup and I got involved part-time, then loved it so much that I left my own company to complete a full shift to matchmaking. s the first matchmaker hired at Three Day Rule, I enjoyed growing their Bay Area database from a couple to over 10,000 in the course of five years, and successfully matching couples who would go on to live together or get married - often not the ones you expected would be easy!
I bring my experience in marketing analytics to the matching process, being more data-driven than most matchmakers. I break up many answers to questions about views and lifestyle habits into further dimensions that allow for better matching, and continue to test aspects of compatibility to bring fresh insight to the public.
I then felt I had a new calling in the field…helping matchmakers more broadly, and allowing singles a new option that didn’t exist before. So I explored it, without an MBA, a co-founder, or any outside funding. After developing the idea that I thought was unique and universally needed, I founded DateSpot in Dec. 2019.
I believe that what makes a great match is attraction, common goals, some overlapping interests, being on the same “wavelength”, and a balance in energy and personality. You don’t want to date yourself!
I hope whatever your path is, however you find love, that you do find it, both within yourself and with someone else. We’re all fully capable independent beings, but life is just better shared with someone special.”
